I'm a 22 year-old woman, I study Management and international business. I am passionate about outdoors activities, reading and last but not least travelling, I have lived one year in the USA as an exchange student, 3 months in Malta and 5 months in England, discovering new cultures and learning languages is what makes me the happiest !

I love talking about how we can amplify creativity and ingenuity in the workplace by cultivating resilience and psychological safety, and improving interpersonal connection by attuning to the needs of teams. I enjoy teaching corporations about how we can cultivate connection and belonging, how mental health impacts our day to day lives, and how to support neurodivergent employees in the workplace so we can all self-actualize to our highest potential. I’m also passionate about by the far reaching impacts of trauma, and how trauma is a universal experience that affects us in all life domains.
