I’m a Partner at Leaders’ Quest, a global consultancy that helps organizations lead with purpose and navigate complex change. I design and facilitate leadership programs that blend experiential learning with systems thinking to drive cultural transformation, foster alignment, and enable bold, values-driven action. Over the past decade at LQ—including four years in Mumbai and six in New York—I’ve supported a wide range of clients, from multinationals undergoing leadership transformation to non-profits crafting immersive learning journeys. I hold a Master’s in Political Economy and Development from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a double major in History and Political Science from McGill University.
