I founded the Beautiful Social Research Collaborative in 2010. This civic media lab partners with nonprofit and community-based organizations in Philadelphia to conduct research that enhances efforts to promote social change via emerging communication technologies. I'm passionate about innovation in education with purposeful strategies to move students toward success in academics, social-emotional health and to be prepared for the World of Work.

I’m passionate about the moments when people see more in themselves than they did before, when something invisible suddenly becomes clear. Moments when a leader reconnects with what truly drives them. When a team understands the reason it exists. When an organization discovers not just what it does, but why it matters. I’m passionate about the intersection of strategy and humanity, where analysis meets intuition, where clarity becomes motivation, and where meaning turns into action. I care deeply about helping people and organizations unlock what is already within them: potential, identity, and purpose. Because I believe that when we understand ourselves, we change the way we work, lead, and impact the world.
