Bio

Ivo is an entrepreneur, coach, and expert in strategic positioning. He works with individuals and organizations in the moments when clarity emerges about identity, motivation, and the impact they want to create. His approach blends analytical precision with human depth, aiming to reveal the potential that often lies beneath the surface. Driven by the belief that meaningful impact is never accidental, he supports leaders, teams, and organizations in finding direction and shaping purpose with intention.

I'm passionate about

I’m passionate about the moments when people see more in themselves than they did before, when something invisible suddenly becomes clear. Moments when a leader reconnects with what truly drives them. When a team understands the reason it exists. When an organization discovers not just what it does, but why it matters. I’m passionate about the intersection of strategy and humanity, where analysis meets intuition, where clarity becomes motivation, and where meaning turns into action. I care deeply about helping people and organizations unlock what is already within them: potential, identity, and purpose. Because I believe that when we understand ourselves, we change the way we work, lead, and impact the world.

An idea worth spreading

y idea centers on a simple but transformative insight: People, teams, and organizations don’t lack potential, they lack a clear understanding of who they are and why they matter. Most challenges in leadership, collaboration, and strategy are not caused by missing skills, insufficient resources, or unclear goals. They arise because identity is fragmented, unspoken, or misunderstood. When individuals understand what drives them, they stop performing and start contributing. When teams know why they exist, they shift from coordination to coherence. And when organizations connect their purpose with their actions, they create impact that is not accidental but intentional. My idea worth spreading is this: Impact begins with identity. Meaning emerges when we see ourselves clearly. And change becomes possible the moment we understand the deeper forces that shape our behavior, our relationships, and our work. I believe that clarity is not just a tool, it is a catalyst. It unlocks potential, restores direction, and enables people to design the impact they want to have in the world.

The TED story

My TED story began with the realization that clarity can be transformative, not just for individuals, but for entire teams and organizations. Throughout my work, I’ve seen how people carry untapped potential simply because they haven’t yet understood the deeper forces that shape who they are and why they matter. I’ve always been drawn to the moments when something shifts: when a person reconnects with their identity, when a team discovers its purpose, or when an organization suddenly understands its true impact. These moments change direction, renew energy, and make new possibilities visible. TED has always represented a space where ideas with this kind of depth can breathe, ideas that help people see differently, think differently, act differently. My TED story is rooted in the belief that identity and impact are inseparable: once we understand who we are, we can shape the world around us with more intention and meaning. Taking the stage at TEDx is not about presenting answers, it’s about offering a lens. A way of seeing ourselves and our work that invites clarity, courage, and purpose. It’s a space where insight becomes a catalyst, and where a single idea can ripple far beyond the room.

Things you might not know

People often see my work on strategy, identity, and organizational clarity, but what many don’t realize is that I’m good at creating the conditions in which people can see themselves more clearly. I’m skilled at listening between the lines, noticing the patterns that aren’t spoken, and sensing the deeper dynamics that shape how someone shows up, as a leader, as a team, or as a human being. I’m good at connecting dots that others consider unrelated: motivation, behavior, culture, communication, purpose. I’m able to translate complexity into clarity without oversimplifying the depth behind it. And I’m good at helping people articulate things they have always felt but never had the words for, the invisible drivers that shape their decisions, relationships, and effectiveness. What people don’t know I’m good at is this: creating moments of insight that change how someone understands themselves and what becomes possible because of it.
