Kollam, India
I am passionate about helping young people discover their voice and recognize their own potential. I believe confidence and self expression can change the direction of a life, and that schools must create spaces where students feel safe to question, speak, create, and lead. At Divine Public School in Kollam, my work is guided by the conviction that education should nurture courage, empathy, creativity, and independent thinking not just academic performance. I am deeply committed to building platforms where students can share ideas, explore diverse perspectives, and develop the confidence to participate meaningfully in society. I am especially drawn to the power of storytelling. Through script writing, theatre, and cinema, I see how stories help young people understand themselves, build empathy, and imagine new possibilities. Storytelling transforms learning into lived experience and gives students a language to express emotions, identity, and hope. I believe that when education embraces creativity and narrative, it does more than inform it humanizes, connects, and inspires. When young people feel heard and empowered, they begin to see themselves not merely as learners, but as contributors capable of shaping a more thoughtful and compassionate world.
