There's one thing that pulls me in it's the feeling of being part of something that actually happens. Not just on paper, but in real life. Events, conversations, moments where people come together and something clicks. I like the chaos of planning stuff. The stress, the last-minute changes, the relief when it actually works. I like talking to people who know more than me, learning by messing up, and figuring things out on the fly. Also this might sound random, I really enjoy when a plan comes together. Could be an event, a pitch, or just getting a team to actually agree on something. That tiny win? Feels good. So yeah. I'm passionate about... making things real. With people who actually show up.

creating an open environment where people feel empowered to share their experiences, beliefs, and ideas freely. I value this because in today's world, different cultures, religions and values intertwine a lot more often. I myself, having been surrounded by people from diverse backgrounds, wish for more people to hear different stories and ideas and to provide opportunities for those who wish to share their stories. Everyone's stories deserve to be heard. I strongly believe providing opportunities to deliver meaningful messages benefits not only the speakers but also the audience, as it broadens perspectives and fosters understanding. This passion, my desire to connect people through stories, is the driving force behind my decision to take part in TEDxYouth.

I’m passionate about education. I’m crazy about arts and the culture of my region. I think that we all can make history and transform part of this world with lots of perseverance and conviction. That’s the reason why I always participate in projects related to arts and educational development in different parts of the country. I’m keen of literature. I love writing a lot and reading to many Peruvian writers. I consider that Peru’s current situation should involve young people to be aware of their origins and history.

building a future where science, technology, and humanity thrive together. As a technopreneur, academic, and advocate for sustainable innovation, I have dedicated my life to transforming complex environmental and energy challenges into real-world solutions. My journey has taken me from laboratories in Tokyo to waste management facilities across Indonesia—driven by a belief that technology must serve both people and the planet. Rooted in a commitment to waste-to-energy innovation, renewable energy transformation, and circular economy advancement, my deeper purpose is to inspire others to act, innovate, and collaborate for a better future. This vision led me to found the Center of Waste Management Indonesia, develop pioneering hydrothermal and pyrolysis technologies, and promote science and technology education through STEM Indonesia. I believe that ideas—when shared with sincerity and clarity—can catalyze change. That’s why I see TEDxUNJA not only as a platform for ideas worth spreading but as a space where local wisdom meets global innovation. Through TEDx, I aim to bring together changemakers who dare to ask difficult questions, offer bold solutions, and tell the stories that move us forward. This is more than my work—it is my calling. Because I believe that when knowledge is shared and voices are amplified, we unlock the potential of generations to come.

I love sports because they help me relax after a long day of workload, I also deeply enjoy debate, mainly in the form of Model UNs, they help me expreience and get to knwo different points of views and perspectives I may have not agreed with at first. Music is also one of my passions, they help me escape this reality and concentrate even more when doing something.

I am passionate about challenging myself, learning new ideas and engaging with people. My most profound experiences have been while traveling and working. Each part of the planet I’ve explored has taught me something different, but it is the similarities that I find the most fascinating. For example, I recall working in the high Canadian arctic, when compared with traveling in South Central India. These are two places of extreme difference in weather, culture, and population that none-the-less show remarkable similarities. Both communities were were initially skeptical of an unfamiliar face. As I became acquainted with local customs and routines however, both cultures opened their doors and hearts to a stranger, and helped me understand who they were. These experiences were some of the most impactful and important ones in my life. While I was initially intimidated by my surroundings, I realized that the native inhabitants felt just as threatened. Through this mutual fear and curiosity, we were able to bond and create lasting relationships. This was the beginning of my interest and love of relationships. My travels characterize best who I am as an individual. At heart, I am an explorer of countries, cultures and peoples. Furthermore, I cherish the ideas learned from these experiences. My recent transition into commerce has been inspired by my mentors and managers. These people helped me get to where I am today, instill core values, and and taught me to never stop learning.
