Ann-Maree is one of the driving forces behind TEDxAlbury — a passionate advocate for storytelling, community, and the kind of ideas that make you sit up a little straighter. Originally from country NSW, Ann-Maree has lived and worked across Sydney, London, and regional Australia, bringing with her a big heart and a head full of ideas. With a background in social work and a career that’s taken her from hospitals to high-level executive assistant roles, she’s no stranger to tough conversations or transformative moments. But it was after the stillbirth of her son, Xavier, that Ann-Maree’s perspective shifted — reminding her that life is too precious not to chase what matters. TEDxAlbury is her way of giving back to the region she now calls home . She’s here to create a stage for bold voices, heartfelt truths and the kind of local brilliance that deserves a global spotlight.
