My core purpose is creating environments where authentic human connections foster intergenerational thriving families. By integrating the arts, culture, gastro-diplomacy, and intentional coalition-building into the family office ecosystem, I facilitate and transform financial resources into meaningful legacies. My approach bridges diverse communities and perspectives, establishing spaces where economic prosperity and human flourishing become inseparable. For over two decades, I've dedicated my career to serving those who serve others, evolving from hands-on roles to building three ventures that strengthen the fabric of the family office ecosystem. Bespoke Private Service (BPS), founded in 2014, connects exceptional talent with transformative opportunities in family offices. Through our seven-step process, we ensure cultural alignment while preserving family legacies. The Family Office Mastermind Group (FOMG), co-founded in 2023, unites 80+ elite professional service providers across five chapters. We cultivate networks where domain experts share approaches while maintaining privacy standards. Together, we help family offices build resilience and navigate transitions. The GREENHOUSE, launched in 2024, creates spaces where arts and culture build connections across the family office ecosystem. Next-generation family members, experts, non-profit leaders, and innovators come together as humans, sharing a vision for change. Through gastro-diplomacy, we bring diverse perspectives into dialogue, helping families create economic opportunities while addressing needs through strategic philanthropy. Through these ventures, we strengthen family offices while bringing humanity back into the equation. We see beyond balance sheets and labels that reduce family members to dollar signs. Instead, we cultivate thriving family offices by nourishing legacies through authentic connections. Our mission transcends wealth: we build longer tables, fostering environments where families create sustainable legacies through shared purpose, develop flexible decision-making, nurture continuous learning, transform resources into impact, and find joy in building family office culture.
