Loralee West

I started WestBridge out of frustration at not finding recovery help for my son who is dual diagnosed. He is an addict and has schitzophrenia. I have recently become interested in helping our military personel both at home and abroad.

My family--spending time together

This is my first introduction to TED. My daughter Paige West encouraged me to attend and I am thrilled to be a part of it. I am interested in mental health, supporting our men and women in the military, entertaining, hunting and playing with my 4 grandsons. I am fortunate to have traveled to all 7 continents and am never in one location longer than 2 weeks before I feel the need to be on the move again. I have many people that I call dear friends and pride myself on keeping up with people I have known since grade school. I am 66 going on 50 and hope that I will always feel that way. I am extremely sentimental and patriotic--I cry every time I hear the Star Spangled Banner.
