Pools and Video games

As a kid, all my parents wanted was for me to become a medical doctor. But deep inside, I had a different calling—I wanted to become a software engineer. It was a passion that burned brightly within me, driving my curiosity and pushing me to explore the world of technology. Years passed, and I found myself caught up in the whirlwind of expectations. I was convinced that becoming a medical doctor was the right path for me, so I did everything necessary, passed all the exams, and waited for admission into medical college. But life had a different plan in store. Instead of receiving that acceptance letter, I found myself admitted to study Veterinary Medicine in 2016. It was a massive blow, something I never saw coming. I spent the next two years desperately trying to switch to medical college, exploring every avenue I could think of, but all my efforts went in vain. Even attempting to switch schools didn't yield the desired outcome. Then, in 2018, a ray of light appeared in the form of an organization called Enactus. This experiential learning platform provided college and university students like me with a unique opportunity to build skills while creating projects and transforming them into social enterprises. Little did I know that joining Enactus would be the turning point that reshaped my entire perspective. Enactus became a place where I could channel my energy, skills, and creativity. It was a much-needed distraction from the academic world that had previously left me feeling depressed. And it was during this time that three principles, my pillars, began to take shape: Growth, Impact, and Sustainability. Growth became my first pillar—a driving force behind everything I do. I have an insatiable hunger to continually grow and become exceptional in my chosen path. It's not just about personal achievements; it's about constantly pushing boundaries and reaching new heights. Impact became the second pillar, bringing purpose and fulfilment to my life. I discovered that my true passion lies in helping people, brands, and communities around me to grow. Making a positive impact has become a fundamental part of my identity, and I'm committed to using my skills and resources to empower others. Sustainability emerged as the third pillar. I realized that creating lasting change requires not only immediate impact but also the ability to sustain and nurture that impact over time. I want the growth and impact I make to become self-sustaining, ensuring a brighter future for generations to come. Since 2018, my story has taken a different trajectory. I made the bold decision to switch career paths and embraced the world of computer science. I realized that with this field, I could harness the tools and knowledge I acquire to fuel growth, make a meaningful impact, and create systems that are built to last. Here I am today, fueled by my passion for growth, impact, and sustainability. It's not just a fleeting interest but a deep-seated fire that guides my every step. I feel a profound sense of purpose and fulfilment when I witness others grow when I make a positive impact, and when I contribute to sustainable change.
