I am a dedicated educator and leader passionate about fostering student autonomy, promoting lifelong learning, and enhancing mathematics education.
Student autonomy is crucial in modern education. Empowering students to take charge of their learning makes them engaged participants and equips them with essential skills for a complex global society. I strive to create environments that prioritize choice, involvement, and leadership.
With over 25 years of experience, I embody lifelong learning. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Marketing, two Master of Education degrees, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. I aim to inspire students and educators to pursue continuous knowledge and growth.
I have extensive experience in mathematics education, having worked as a numeracy coach in Brunei and a math teacher in various international settings. My focus is on enhancing instruction and helping students grasp fundamental mathematical concepts.
I serve as the Secondary Vice Principal of Middle School at The International School of Macao, emphasizing empowering students and promoting academic excellence.

I am passionate about helping people find purpose because I’ve seen how easily it can be lost in a world that promises connection, success, and clarity, yet often delivers confusion and quiet isolation. Over time, through my own journey and through working with others, I’ve noticed that many people are not struggling because they lack talent or opportunity, but because they’ve never been guided to understand why they do what they do, or how their unique experiences actually matter.
Helping people find purpose also means challenging the narratives that tell them they are behind, disconnected, or insignificant, and replacing those stories with ones that reveal how their perspectives, backgrounds, and questions are essential to building more empathetic and resilient futures. In a time when many feel disconnected from meaning despite being constantly connected, my passion lies in helping people rediscover agency, belonging, and direction, so that purpose becomes not an abstract idea, but a lived experience they can return to and redefine throughout their lives.
