I’m passionate about creating systems that bring clarity to complexity — tools that are intuitive, purposeful, and genuinely useful. Whether it’s building something to streamline my day or solve a small problem that others overlook, I’m drawn to practical, thoughtful design. I believe the best ideas start by solving your own challenges first — not for scale, but for sincerity. I enjoy shaping clean interfaces, structured flows, and logic that makes sense, not just to machines, but to people. For me, building is a way to stay focused, organized, and intentional in a world that often feels messy. Every project I take on is a step toward making life more efficient, more balanced, and a little more in sync with how we actually live.

I'm passionate about English education and planning and organizing high school events. Also, I love to coach drama teams and music bands at high school.

Each day I get up, take a shower, go to work, and enter the classroom. I constantly think about students who could have left the school happier, who could have been taught to be more curious, who could have had their imagination and creativity stretched further, and who could have been made to see how much sympathy really matters. This is why I am truly passionate about Education.

Anything that keeps me active and engaged. I have a constant need to build, explore, and stay in motion. It’s probably a limit as much as it is a strength, but I’ve learned to embrace it. I’m a Director at Accenture, working on AI, digital products, and transformation, mainly in fashion, retail, and consumer goods. At the same time, I’ve been deeply involved in the TEDx ecosystem for years, as the Italian TEDx Ambassador and organizer of TEDxVerona. More recently, I’ve been working on bringing a global TED event to Italy through TED Sports 2027, which is an ambitious and complex project I’m currently fundraising for, engaging with major companies both within and beyond the sports industry.

Religion, public policy, research in education, poverty and social mobility. I consider myself as a very spiritual human being, who enjoys listening to others ideas, ideals and visions.

People, I like to hear other people stories. Meeting someone for the first time or the 50th time in my life always brings some new perspectives. Listening other people´s story reaffirms to me how connected we are and how much we share without knowing it. I am passionate about habits, and how it builds our reality or at least the physical one, as of funny it looks I believe it also reflects a lot about our internal reality - innerworld. I am passionate about new ideas, different ways of thinking. History! I will never get tired of thinking history encloses the key to understand the present, I mean it as a mysterious way to understand ourselves but never as a ways of living, history is there to be understood not to be repeat it :)

I am passionate about the transformative power of sports and the importance of intercultural understanding. As a basketball coach, I've seen firsthand how sports can unite people from diverse backgrounds, teaching valuable lessons in teamwork and leadership. This passion drives me to create opportunities for young people to experience the unifying power of sports. Additionally, my commitment to intercultural exchange stems from my belief that understanding different cultures is essential in today’s interconnected world. Learning languages like Chinese and Spanish has opened my eyes to new perspectives and ways of thinking, reinforcing the importance of empathy and global awareness. My experiences at Paideia Campus, TEDx Pollica, and Climate Shapers Bootcamps have further fueled my dedication to sustainability and social innovation. I am driven by the desire to address global challenges through collaborative efforts and innovative solutions. Through my work and volunteer experiences, I aim to inspire others to recognize the value of sports and cultural exchange in building inclusive, resilient communities.
