Bio

I’m a Director at Accenture, where I focus on AI, digital products, and large-scale transformation programs, primarily in fashion, retail, and consumer industries. Before Accenture, I worked at Deloitte, and earlier in my career I founded a startup that was launched in Silicon Valley. I also invest in selected early-stage ventures. Alongside my professional path, I’ve been deeply involved in the TEDx ecosystem for many years. I’m the Italian TEDx Ambassador and the organizer of TEDxVerona, one of the leading TEDx communities in the country. Today, I’m working on one of my most ambitious projects: bringing a global TED event to Italy through TED Sports 2027, a large-scale initiative dedicated to sport and its broader impact on society.

I'm passionate about

Anything that keeps me active and engaged. I have a constant need to build, explore, and stay in motion. It’s probably a limit as much as it is a strength, but I’ve learned to embrace it. I’m a Director at Accenture, working on AI, digital products, and transformation, mainly in fashion, retail, and consumer goods. At the same time, I’ve been deeply involved in the TEDx ecosystem for years, as the Italian TEDx Ambassador and organizer of TEDxVerona. More recently, I’ve been working on bringing a global TED event to Italy through TED Sports 2027, which is an ambitious and complex project I’m currently fundraising for, engaging with major companies both within and beyond the sports industry.

An idea worth spreading

I’m currently working on the TED Sports 2027, a global TED event dedicated to sport that we are building to happen in Europe, in Italy, in Turin, in April 2027. We are still in the process of making it real, step by step, and right now I’m heavily focused on fundraising, which means most of my conversations revolve around partners and supporters for TED Sports. If you’re curious, interested, or simply want to explore how to be part of this journey, I’d genuinely appreciate the conversation.

The TED story

In 2013, together with a few friends, I started and obtained the license for TEDx Verona, bringing TEDx to the city of Verona in Italy. From there, a journey began that continues to this day, with the event growing year after year, eventually becoming a large two-day event with 2,000 attendees, featuring a classic TED-style main stage day and a day dedicated to workshops and hands-on sessions. TEDx Verona has become a reference point for innovation in our city. All of this has been about spreading the ideas that TED stands for, and, more importantly, about gathering people around the event who look at the world through the same lens of curiosity, interest, lateral thinking, and innovation.

Things you might not know

Photography. When I was younger, many of my friends were convinced I would eventually quit everything to become a photographer or photojournalist. I don’t shoot as much as I used to, and my phone has largely replaced my camera, but photography remains a deep passion. I love getting lost behind the lens, especially capturing people, their expressions, their eyes. Portraits, in particular, are where I feel most at home, and probably where I’m at my best.
