In a word, my passion is to communicate music: from the days of studying conducting through to writing about music, as a music journalist; to 15+ years in senior management in the music industry, communicating music to audiences; and now, communicating the excitement that is music, and the arts, to the next generation, as an educator: if you like, the excitement is about (musical) ideas worth sharing...

I am passionate about the mechanics of creation—building dynamic ecosystems where visionary ideas are transformed into tangible realities. I thrive on leading large teams, engineering systems from the ground up, and shifting societal focus from passive consumption to relentless production. Whether through my ventures in the digital and food sectors, or my work as an entrepreneurship trainer, my ultimate drive is to create socially responsible platforms that empower emerging talents and generate real-world impact.
