The TED story
I am coming to TEDActive with my husband and my teenage son. We bring varied skills, experiences and expectations. I am building an extraordinary community of students, faculty and staff studying positive organizational practices and principles . My husband is the most interesting person I know. He is a voracious reader with interests ranging from Native American history to stem cell research. My son is nineteen and has already benefitted from the TED community. Last summer he participated in Project Breaker, a program led by TED fellow Juliette LaMontagne. He also created a large-scale street art project with the Detroit YMCA inspired by Ted Prize winner JR. Will is a USC college freshman that is interested in design and is pursuing a degree in disruption in USCs newly formed Academy of Arts, Technology and Business Innovation.
