Ysiana Agalliu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Informatics from University of Tirana. She is currently living and working in Tirana. As a young woman in the early stages of her career, Ysiana is very passionate, hardworking, and ambitious always looking for creative solutions to real-world problems, pairing technological and business knowledge.

Volunteering at TED has a deep meaning for Ysiana. TED talks have been her biggest support in every difficult period of her life. Through her volunteerism, she wants to give everyone the opportunity to access the valuable resources and materials in Albanian and English, in the hope of making a difference in their lives and opening a new path in the education of all ages.

Ysiana has a deep love for Literature, Art & Culture. She has a history of winning a few national and international essay writing competitions. Her writing is influenced by her favorite authors and is known for the emotional narrative, expressive ability, philosophical approach.
