At work sometimes people often get stuck and are not sure what to do next. I either help them find the answer on their own (as a coach) or answer it for them (as a CxO).
I enjoy working with emerging technology founders who see the world differently. And I can use my “jack of all trades” mindset and Asperger superpower to have a tiny role in helping them see their reality through.
I’ve always had a curiosity around people and systems. In my heart, I am a scientist. I am studying the world trying to explain it to myself, tugging at potential patterns that become hypotheses I test. It’s been rewarding to be in the room when lightbulb moments happen.
Ideally, through my work, I can uncover something that will impact many teams, even those I never meet
