Balancing a successful career with a fulfilling family life has taught me the importance of resilience and the power of setting an example for others, especially in challenging traditional boundaries. The release of my latest book, "Your Inner Motivator is Waiting to be Awakened," marks a significant milestone in my mission to inspire and empower. This book encapsulates the insights and experiences I've gathered over the years, offering practical wisdom and inspirational guidance to those looking to make a significant impact in their own lives. My story, from leading biological laboratories to excelling in public speaking and authorship, is a testament to the idea that it is possible to navigate complex challenges and still inspire and empower those around us. My work, including my speaking engagements and publications, is driven by a passion to share this message and to encourage others to uncover and pursue their deepest aspirations. In essence, my journey is not just about my personal achievements but about how these experiences can serve as a beacon of hope and encouragement for others. Through my work, I aim to demonstrate the principles of empowerment, resilience, and the continuous journey toward self-actualization, inspiring others to embark on their own paths of discovery and achievement.

I am a second year management student with keen interest in Human Resources Management. I believe people management is one of the most important functions in this progressive world. It awestruck me every single time when I learn how people can build an organization and how an organization's culture can retain people. Along with this, I have developed an interest in understanding sustainable leadership.

I am passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems and make a tangible difference in people's lives. By integrating innovative solutions into areas like education, healthcare, and environmental sustainability, I aim to create a more equitable and inclusive future. My focus is on developing tools and systems that are accessible to all, ensuring that the benefits of technological advancements are widely shared. Whether it's through enhancing learning experiences, improving medical outcomes, or promoting sustainable practices, I am dedicated to harnessing the power of technology to drive positive change and improve the quality of life for everyone.

I want to help people learn how to overcome hardships, how to grow into a better person, and how to heal from past trauma. I want people to feel like they’re seen, I want them to know that they matter and that they have a place in this world and that every single person is capable of greatness. I want to offer a platform that shows how strong humanity is, a platform that celebrates our differences, that nourishes the idea that there’s no such a thing as the end, that every ending is a door way to a new beginning. As I’ve mentioned earlier, defeating the look-see is the theme of this event, and my goal is to show that people who have been tormented by their pasts and who have suffered at the hands of grief can come back stronger than before. People make mistakes, and that’s part of the human experience. I hope that through this event, my community will become more tolerant, forgiving and aware. Another thing is that I want to help those who have experienced grief. I have gone through it myself, and I know how haunting it is, so I want this event to inform those who attend it so that they themselves could also help other people who have gone through tough times.
