I'm Pranay Solanki, a Computer Science Engineering student at IIIT Vadodara. As the General Secretary of the Academics Committee, I thrive on organizing and managing events that bring people together and ignite intellectual curiosity. My passion for event management is matched by my love for technology and conceptual products, making me a tech-savvy individual who thrives on innovation. Through my involvement with the Academics Club, which includes activities like TEDx, MUN, and literature fests, I enjoy connecting with others and creating meaningful experiences. I am always eager to interact and share ideas, committed to fostering a vibrant and engaging community.

"Taking Tech, where it needs to be" is an idea worth spreading. It emphasizes the importance of leveraging technology to address critical issues and create a positive impact on society. Although I have never attended a TED or TEDx talk in person, I have watched numerous TEDx talks online, which have been a significant source of inspiration for me. The powerful stories and innovative ideas shared by speakers from various fields resonate deeply with me and have motivated me to think critically and creatively about the world around me. Inspired by the TED ethos, I strive to bring that same level of engagement and inspiration to the events I organize. Whether it's through debates, literature fests, or other academic activities, I aim to create platforms where ideas can be shared and discussed passionately. My goal is to foster an environment where everyone feels empowered to share their unique perspectives and contribute to meaningful conversations.

People don't know I'm good at public speaking. Many assume that I'm not confident or articulate when it comes to addressing an audience, but I often prove them wrong. Whether it's delivering a speech or leading a debate, I excel at engaging and inspiring others with my words. Public speaking is one of my hidden strengths, and I enjoy using it to share ideas and connect with people on a deeper level. I wish to develop it through my position of responsibilities and work hard to enhance my personality.
