I’m passionate about two things that might seem different on the surface, but actually feed into each other: high-stakes event management and systemic educational reform. On the creative side, I thrive in fast-paced environments. I love taking bold, impulsive, outside-the-box ideas and turning them into successful, executed events under tight deadlines. I get a rush from making the 'impossible' happen on a short timeline. On the impact side, I am deeply committed to changing the education landscape. I want to tackle critical issues like eradicating bullying, expanding access for underprivileged students, and modernizing teaching standards. I’m equally passionate about advocating for teachers' rights and helping them stay flexible and continuous learners. Ultimately, my goal is to combine my execution skills with my love for education to create meaningful, large-scale impact.

Passion fuels purpose, and for me, that passion is deeply rooted in the art of teaching. Teaching is not just a profession—it is a calling, a privilege, and a profound responsibility. I am passionate about creating meaningful connections with my students, understanding their unique journeys, and helping them unlock their potential. Every student brings a story, and being a part of their narrative is what drives me. What excites me most is the spark of understanding—the moment when a student who has been struggling with a concept suddenly "gets it." It’s not just about the knowledge they’ve gained; it’s about the confidence that comes with it, the realization that they are capable of overcoming challenges. Witnessing these moments reaffirms my belief in the power of education and the boundless potential of young minds. I am also deeply passionate about integrating creativity into education. Traditional teaching methods often limit the scope for imagination and exploration, but I believe that creativity is the foundation of innovation. Whether it’s through storytelling, project-based learning, or interdisciplinary approaches, I strive to make my lessons engaging, dynamic, and thought-provoking. My goal is to instill in my students not just a love for learning, but the courage to think differently and challenge the status quo. Another area close to my heart is promoting mental health and well-being within the educational system. As a teacher, I have seen firsthand the pressures that students face—academic stress, social expectations, and personal struggles. I am committed to creating a supportive environment where students feel seen, heard, and valued. By incorporating mindfulness practices and open conversations about mental health, I aim to equip my students with tools to navigate life's complexities with resilience and grace. Above all, I am passionate about making a difference—no matter how small—in the lives of those I teach. To me, teaching is not about imparting knowledge; it is about inspiring growth, fostering curiosity, and empowering individuals to become the best versions of themselves.
