Impact. Through words, ideas and human connection. Whether I’m writing, speaking, leading, or simply listening, my aim is to create something meaningful. I’ve always been curious about people. What shapes us, drives us, and how our inner world influences how we live.
I’ve never stuck to one path. I move between disciplines and roles, but my “why” remains constant: to leave people and places better than I found them. I’ve found expression through public speaking and writing, where I can articulate emotions and help others feel seen.

I'm passionate about the following-
1. Art & Culture has always held a special place in my heart. I used to play the xylophone in my school and have also received special mention in rangoli-making competitions. My involvement in these has led me to believe that art & culture is a source which soothes the mind and enriches the soul. The b-School curriculum is very hectic and tends to get more hectic when students enter the corporate world. So, keeping a healthy mind is of utmost importance.
2. I listened to the TED talk by Angela Duckworth. She talked about grit and how it can predict success. She also relates grit to passion and perseverance and how it can best predict success. The talk motivated me to share ideas about the importance of grit and dedication. We need more entrepreneurs, as they are the wheels of any country's economic growth. Motivating the audience through such talks can prove to be a stepping stone in their lives.
3. Being born and bought up in India, I have inculcated strong moral values. As a Human Resources student, I am studying the importance of morals and ethics in different walks of life. When we step into the corporate world, there will be instances where our morals will be put to test. Hearing about instances of effective and morally correct decision-making in dire situations will enable the MBA students to draw positive life lessons.
