Impact. Through words, ideas and human connection. Whether I’m writing, speaking, leading, or simply listening, my aim is to create something meaningful. I’ve always been curious about people. What shapes us, drives us, and how our inner world influences how we live. I’ve never stuck to one path. I move between disciplines and roles, but my “why” remains constant: to leave people and places better than I found them. I’ve found expression through public speaking and writing, where I can articulate emotions and help others feel seen.

Storytelling has always been at the heart of who I am. Growing up, I was fascinated by how stories could transcend age, culture, and language, and still move people. One that stayed with me was the story of the deaf frog, who escaped a deep pit because it couldn't hear the voices telling it to give up. It taught me early on that words hold power: the power to either build or break. My interest in psychology, particularly through thinkers like Freud, deepened this belief. Language isn’t just communication, it’s creation. The way we speak, even to ourselves (idea of inner speech), shapes our reality. TED, to me, is the ultimate space where this belief comes alive. It gives people a mic and meaning allowing stories to shift perspectives and inspire action. Working with TEDxFLAME University over the years, I’ve seen how transformative this platform can be. For speakers, the audience, and the team behind the scenes. It helped me find my own voice, and in doing so, my purpose. My goal now is to host a TEDx event where stories connect us, ideas challenge us, and people walk away changed and reminded of the incredible power words still hold.
