I am devoted to trying my best in all things with the end goal of realising my potential. To be an inspiration; this is what I am passionate about. However the opportunity manifests, I know it’s not about me, but rather in the service of others. Be it in an academic space, a leadership role or even a simple conversation, I chose to be forward thinking and progressive. I chose a human centred approach which makes me relatable in the spaces I occupy and have a voice in. I trace these skills to my diverse identity, having lived in Ghana, Botswana, Zambia, Swaziland, and currently Pretoria, South Africa. For me, being an inspiration isn’t held across borders or in a different time-zone. It is not something I wear or turn off, it is a state of mind I strive to exercise on a daily basis.

I am passionate about building platforms where ideas can thrive, voices can be heard, and people can feel inspired to become better versions of themselves. I am deeply committed to fostering meaningful connections—with people, ideas, and the environments to which I belong. I firmly believe that transformation begins with genuine connection: when we take the time to listen, share our experiences, and cultivate curiosity about others. In every space I enter, I carry the intention of leaving it better than I found it—enhancing collaboration, purpose, and momentum. I am also deeply passionate about coffee—not merely as a beverage, but as a cultural phenomenon, a ritual, and a bridge between worlds. I approach specialty coffee with great curiosity, exploring its flavors, origins, brewing techniques, and the nuances that elevate it to an art form. For me, coffee represents a moment of mindfulness—an opportunity to slow down, observe, and be fully present. Whether I am building teams, organizing events, or refining a brewing method, my driving force remains the same: a profound appreciation for people, for stories, and for everything that ignites transformation from within.

My passion is to lead and serve. I wanted to inspire, motivate and empower young people and educators around the world to work on keeping our Earth safe and peaceful. Through global collaboration, students and educators have been connecting in my classroom to work towards achieving the UN's Sustainable Development Goals, which is included in my personal goals right now. I am very passionate to take action and to act now. I have been establishing local and global connections to engage more educators and students towards international-mindedness. I am constantly connecting with non-government agencies and private institutions working for animal welfare, like Wildlife in Need and El Kabayo in the Philippines. Students volunteer every year to take care of animals, training how to rescue mammals, rehabilitate animal shelters and explore and take care of animals living in the wild and under the ocean. I am also collaborating with institutions and schools to do some outreach projects, such as in Kanaynayan Village and Kanawan School. I let my students work with projects through global collaboration such as TeachSDG Ambassadors' Innovation Project and Link to the World Project. I also engage my students with online global discussion through Global Encounters, where students discuss with professionals, educators, and students all over the world about global issues. Through global collaboration using Skype in the Classroom, I can connect more and more classrooms, students, and educators all over the world to work towards maintaining peace and promote justice among countries. In the community, I conduct training and seminars on how SDG can be practiced and integrated with the community and school. I assist and support students and educators on their projects to be able to help save our world. I am passionate about taking on challenges and excelling with my finest efforts. New things spark my interest the most; I learn from my failures and chase to complete any task with responsibility and passion. I also enjoy updating myself with new insights and knowledge and welcome new ideas.
