• Chapi Mwango

  Chapi Mwango is a Policy Professional and storyteller whose work explores the intersection of identity, leadership, and human connection across África. Born between Zambian and Ethiopian heritage and raised in Addis Ababa, his journey across cultures and continents has shaped a deeply reflective perspective on belonging, governance, and shared destiny. Through his work within development and public speaking, Chapi is passionate about building bridges between people, ideas, and generations.

• Dagmawi Bedilu

  Co-Founder and Chief Strategic Officer (CSO) of Efuyegela Consultants Regional Manager and Game Thinking Lead EnterAfrica

  Dagmawi Bedilu is an Ethiopian game thinker, tech and innovation consultant, community builder, and serial entrepreneur focused on youth empowerment and meaningful community engagement. A former senior software architect, he transitioned into the world of games and engagement, co-founding initiatives such as Chewata Awaqi, EGA, EnterAfrica, Chewatacon (AGW), and 100Shama. He has spoken at international platforms including Gamescom and A Maze Berlin, and is driven by a mission to inspire joy, creativity, and human connection.

• Professor Panagiotis (Panos) Hatziandreou

  Educator, psychologist, and international academic leader with more than three decades of experience in education and community development. As the Co-founder and General Manager of Lebawi International Academy, he has played a key role in shaping innovative learning environments and cross-cultural educational programs.

  Panagiotis (Panos) Hatziandreas is a senior educational leader, psychologist, and professor with over 30 years of experience in education, leadership, psychotherapy, and institutional development. He is currently Head of School and General Manager/Country Representative at Lebawi International Academy in Addis Ababa, where he works with boards, government agencies, and partners to strengthen educational impact. He has also served as a consultant to U.S. universities on study abroad programs and cross-cultural education, and previously taught psychology at Cascadia College and the University of Washington. His work spans education leadership, teaching, and organizational development, guided by a belief in education as a tool for transformation and connection across cultures. He is also a lifelong learner, currently exploring music, particularly Ethio-jazz and blues vocals.
