Fabian is a Nigerian real estate entrepreneur and Co-founder of Equity Circle Realty Ltd. A University of Ilorin graduate, he rose from realtor to industry leader, launching his firm alongside John Igbinosa. As a strategist, he has transformed Equity Circle into a leading proptech platform specializing in land banking, co-ownership, and high-yield developments. Under his leadership, the firm has expanded across Lagos, Abuja, and Salford, UK, delivering billions in project value and securing a landmark partnership with the Lagos State Government. Through digital marketing and transparent processes, he has empowered thousands of investors—from young professionals to the diaspora—to build sustainable wealth. Mosopejojo Mayungbe is a Nigerian storyteller and speaker whose work explores the intersection of faith, identity, and purpose among young people.
