Dr. Felipe Belanda Trofino is a medical doctor with postgraduate training in Neurosciences and Behavior, whose work focuses on Integrative and Systemic Medicine. José Manuel Diogo
Journalist, Writer and Media Entrepreneur
José Manuel Diogo is a Portuguese journalist, writer, consultant and media entrepreneur with a career across journalism, engineering, international consulting, cultural production and entrepreneurship. He studied Mechanical Engineering and Journalism at the University of Coimbra, completed the Advanced Management Program at AESE Business School, and later pursued postgraduate studies in Information Management and Security at NOVA University Lisbon. Founder of Plataforma, a global Portuguese-language media project, he has worked deeply with literature, culture and the Portuguese language. He was communications director for the first three editions of the International Literary Festival of Óbidos and created the project “200 Years, 200 Books,” developed with institutions in Portugal and Brazil. As an author, his published works include “I Me,” a biography of Steve Jobs, and “As Grandes Agências Secretas.”
Natália do Espírito Santo
Higher Education Executive and Institutional Leader
Natália Espirito Santo is a higher education executive with nearly three decades of experience in academic management, institutional leadership and international development. Her career began in 1996, with academic planning and advisory work to the Rectory, and later evolved into senior leadership roles, including Secretary-General. For the past 12 years, she has served as Director-General of EIA, SA, the founding entity of Atlântica, Instituto Universitário, and Essatla, Escola Superior de Saúde Atlântica. Her work has focused on strengthening higher education institutions through internationalization, the recruitment of international students, and the creation of national and international partnerships in teaching and research. She has also contributed to the development of ESG goals within Atlântica and Essatla, connecting education, institutional responsibility and long-term social impact.

Ricardo Mira is an entrepreneur and founder of the International ION Conference, with more than 25 years of experience creating, developing and leading projects. Soraia Azevedo
Public Administration Professional
Soraia Azevedo is a Portuguese public administration professional with more than 15 years of experience across tourism promotion, professional qualification, institutional support and government coordination. Her career began in tourism promotion in Matosinhos and later moved into training and qualification. She then joined Turismo de Portugal, where she supported entrepreneurs and major international events. Today, at the Secretariat-General of the Government, she works in support of coordination and decision-making processes. Her perspective invites people to consider that the future may not be shaped only by what we know or what we build, but also by the people we meet, trust and support along the way.
