Bio
I help small and medium-sized businesses compete in a world that often seems designed for larger organisations.
My professional journey combines marketing, business strategy and industrial management. Alongside advising SMEs on growth and positioning, I also lead a Portuguese industrial company with more than four decades of history.
I believe innovation is not reserved for startups or global corporations. Some of the most meaningful innovation happens when ordinary people find better ways to solve real problems.
Author of the book "Marketing B2B para PMEs", I am passionate about helping organisations transform knowledge into practical action and sustainable growth.
I'm passionate about
Helping SMEs grow sustainably.
Innovation with practical impact.
Business strategy.
Marketing as a tool for value creation.
Lifelong learning.
Building meaningful professional relationships.
Creating opportunities for others to succeed.
An idea worth spreading
Innovation does not belong to a privileged few.
Small businesses create most jobs, support local communities and drive economic resilience. Yet they often lack access to the knowledge, tools and resources available to larger organisations.
If we truly want a more innovative society, we must democratise access to innovation and help level the playing field.
The future will not be built only by unicorns and global corporations. It will also be built by thousands of ordinary businesses making extraordinary improvements every day.

The TED story
TED has given me the opportunity to connect with people from very different backgrounds who share a common belief: ideas can change the way we see the world.
As a TEDx advisor and moderator, I enjoy creating conversations that bring together diverse perspectives and help audiences discover new ways of thinking.
Things you might not know
People don't know I'm good at finding value in opposing views.
I have a simple rule: if several intelligent people see the world differently from me, there is probably something important I have not understood yet.
That mindset has shaped the way I lead, learn and make decisions.
