  Aadhira M Sowdiah is a young author, creative thinker, and student from Coimbatore, India. Passionate about storytelling, creativity, and exploration, she began writing at an early age and recently published her first book, reflecting her love for imagination and self-expression.Currently studying Grade 5 (PYP) at Manchester International School, Coimbatore, Aadhira is deeply interested in science, reading, and creative arts. She enjoys dancing, singing, crafting, and organizing events, and she believes creativity plays an important role in building confidence and identity in young people. Through her talk, Aadhira shares her experience of choosing to create in a fast-paced digital world, inspiring others—especially young minds—to focus, express themselves, and believe that their voices matter.

  Sherly Hephzibah J is an educator, academic leader, and author based in Chennai. She serves as an Academic Coordinator, specializing in curriculum design, teacher mentoring, and student leadership development. With a background in English, education, communication, and research, her work focuses on critical thinking, ethical leadership, and reflective practice. She believes leadership is shaped not by perfection, but by engaging thoughtfully with uncertainty and responsibility. A Cambridge-certified and Google Certified educator, and recipient of multiple teaching awards, Sherly blends scholarship with lived experience. She is pursuing a PhD in English, researching narratives, morality, and critical inquiry in education. She is the author of five books and founder of Saranghae Gifts Pvt. Ltd., a creative venture rooted in purpose.
