“Storm” does not refer only to hardships in the outside world. It also includes the shackles within us, entrenched ways of thinking, and one-dimensional rules. Those “limits” that once made people hesitate can all become a “storm” defined by “me”.
Defining “inner struggle”: finding the direction of reconciliation amid self-conflict.
Defining “rigid rules”: breaking the single standard and rebuilding a new yardstick of value.
Defining the “myth of passion”: holding on to long-termism in an age of turbulence.
Defining “unknown challenges”: discovering the significance of exploration in uncertainty.
Defining “obstacles and difficulties”: the essence of perseverance is adaptive flexibility—not blindly staying on one path to the end.
They won’t wait for the storm to pass. Instead, they define the direction they move toward within the storm. Each speaker’s story is an interpretation of “Define the Storm”: not escaping from the storm but stepping into it—using their own strength to give “challenge” the meaning of “growth.”
