Bio

I am an educator who is deeply passionate about supporting students’ growth, confidence, and well-being. At our school, we focus on care, encouragement, and helping students believe in themselves. I love watching students explore new ideas and express their creativity. Every day, they show great passion and insight—but often, their voices stay inside the classroom. That’s why I want to give them a bigger stage. The TEDx idea of “Ideas Worth Spreading” matches my own belief: that young people have powerful thoughts and stories that deserve to be heard. I believe in creating opportunities for students to speak up, inspire others, and become future leaders. Organizing a TEDxYouth event is my way of helping students grow as confident communicators who can make a real difference in the world. I am also passionate about building key skills for the future—like communication, critical thinking, and openness to different ideas. I believe these skills, along with a strong sense of self and community, will help students succeed in today’s fast-changing world. My greatest inspiration comes from the students themselves—their creativity, courage, and potential to lead change.

I'm passionate about

I’m passionate about helping students grow into confident, creative, and kind individuals. I care deeply about their well-being and want them to believe in themselves. I enjoy creating a safe and encouraging environment where students feel free to explore ideas, try new things, and express their thoughts. I’m also passionate about giving students a voice. I believe their ideas, stories, and questions matter—not just in the classroom, but in the world. By helping them speak up and share what they believe in, I hope to inspire them to become strong communicators and future leaders.

An idea worth spreading

Young people have powerful ideas, but too often they stay quiet. Some think they are too young, not ready, or that their voices don’t matter. But I believe every student has something important to say. When we listen to them, they gain confidence. They begin to believe in themselves and inspire others. An idea worth spreading is this: Students don’t have to wait to become leaders—they can lead now. Through their words, creativity, and courage, they can make a real difference. When we give them a platform to speak, amazing things can happen.

The TED story

I became a TEDx volunteer because I believe in the power of young people and their ideas. From the start, I saw how much effort goes into planning a TEDx event—but I also saw how meaningful it is. I helped organize and support student speakers, and the most unforgettable moment was seeing shy students grow into confident speakers on stage. Watching them share their dreams and ideas proudly reminded me why I love being a teacher. TEDx is more than just an event—it’s a journey of growth and connection. It brings people together, gives students a voice, and inspires real change. That’s why I want to continue sharing the TEDx spirit in my school and community.
