Theme and Context For this edition in Pointe-Noire, the announced theme is "Think, Innovate, Impact." The event will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at the Canal Olympia Mpita. Objectives To provide a platform for diverse speakers (entrepreneurs, researchers, artists, changemakers) to present original ideas. To foster networking and connection among participants, to extend the discussions beyond the event. To inspire local stakeholders in Pointe-Noire and the surrounding region to take action (innovate, undertake, transform). To contribute to creating a stronger local ecosystem by "thinking globally, acting locally."

    Antoine Paghera-Messager specializes in biodiversity conservation in Central Africa. Passionate about nature protection and sustainable development, he works to reconcile the preservation of ecosystems with the well-being of local communities.

    Christian Mpea is the co-founder of Lawanda Tours, an agency committed to responsible tourism. Through his initiatives, he promotes cultural and natural resources while preserving local communities and their environment.

    Secretary General of Banque Postale du Congo

    Daniella is a lawyer by training, is Secretary General of Banque Postale du Congo after having managed the legal, compliance, communications, marketing and HR entities. She is also Vice President of the FEM association, Secretary General of the OSE association and active in the Ideas Laboratory of the Club of Directors of Financial Institutions of Africa. Her career reflects the alliance between professional expertise, civic engagement and the promotion of governance in Central Africa.

    Gabriella Guimbi is an oil cost auditor after working in investment banking. A committed entrepreneur, she founded the online stationery store BONGISA and the CAP'ELLE association, dedicated to financial inclusion and raising awareness among young girls about careers in finance. Her mission: to reinvent learning spaces in underserved areas to empower women to believe in their potential, gain independence, and transform society.

    investment banker and investor

    Loïc Mackosso is an investment banker and investor, founder of the Brazzaville-based consulting firm Aries Investissements. With over 21 years of experience, he supports major projects in Central Africa in the energy, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors, and sits on the board of directors of Banque Postale du Congo. A graduate in business law and trained at Harvard, he is also a sports enthusiast and co-founder of the Saturday Bootcamp association.

    PhD student in marine biodiversity and CSR project manager

    A PhD student in marine biodiversity and CSR project manager. Maeva Ngobo is passionate about ocean conservation and sustainable development. As the leader of the Rigs-to-Reefs project, she transforms oil infrastructure into artificial reefs to preserve marine biodiversity and promote ecological innovation.
