I’m Domarique Ngoma, a generalist engineer with an MBA, and I currently serve as QHSE Director at a major international oil and gas company. I’m passionate about creating impact and innovation, combining technical expertise with strategic thinking to drive sustainable transformation. I’m also an entrepreneur, I founded Linair & PNAir, domestic airlines based in Pointe-Noire, because I believe in connecting people and communities while building solutions that matter.

I’m driven by innovation and impact, turning ideas into concrete solutions that empower others and move society forward. Leadership, strategy, and purpose guide everything I do, but what truly motivates me is seeing people grow, collaborate, and believe in what’s possible.

I believe that true progress comes when we bridge gaps geographic, social, and cultural to connect people with opportunities. By building systems, services, and businesses that bring communities closer together, we can unlock human potential, foster innovation, and create sustainable impact.

My TED story began with a simple belief: ideas can change everything. I’ve always been fascinated by how a single talk, one person, one message can spark transformation in an entire community. When I decided to bring TEDx to Pointe-Noire, it was more than just organizing an event; it was about creating a space where Congolese voices could be heard, where people could see that inspiration, innovation, and leadership also live here, in our cities. Through TEDx, I discovered the power of storytelling, collaboration, and vision. It taught me that great ideas exist everywhere they just need a platform. And now, I’m proud to see that same spirit growing in Brazzaville and beyond.
