• Akanksha Choudhary

  Akanksha Choudhary is an SRCC alumna, an IIM Ahmedabad graduate, and an MBB consultant whose journey reflects ambition shaped by discipline and self-belief. Growing up in a tier-2 city, she didn’t begin with a long list of achievements, but she had strong academics and the drive to pursue what she loved. In college, she balanced ramp training, shoots, and modelling with intense CAT preparation, eventually winning the Miss India Elite pageant. She later joined an MBB firm and built an influential digital presence. In her talk, she shares the framework that helped her turn her ambitions into reality.

Her love for the game stems from a lifelong fascination with mathematics and the logic-driven problem-solving it demands. Recently seen on a major OTT reality show, she blends competitive mastery with thoughtful insight. In her talk, she shares her “winning formula,” drawing parallels between poker and life through ideas like developing deep roots, fearless decision-making, discipline, and even the philosophy behind a bonsai plant.

• Rajat Barmecha

  Rajat Barmecha is an Indian actor best known for his acclaimed performance in the film Udaan. • Ranjit Bajaj

  Ranjit Bajaj is the owner of Minerva Football Club and a transformative figure in Indian football, earning more than 20 national and 5 international titles as a coach and mentor. His work is shaped by a deep commitment to discipline, service, and pushing personal limits. Drawing from experiences connected to the armed forces, he emphasizes competing with oneself, confronting the “fear of fear,” and building strong communication skills. In his talk, he explores how ambition, resilience, and clarity of purpose can create extraordinary outcomes.
