LocationBillings, Montana, United States
FormatStandard
“Uncovering Hidden Potential” is about recognizing the untapped abilities and possibilities that exist within us all. It’s about peeling back the layers of doubt, fear, and limitation to reveal the strengths, talents, and capacities that may have been hidden or overlooked. This theme invites us to look within and challenge the barriers that hold us back, whether they’re personal, societal, or internal. It’s a call to embrace growth, to take risks, and to step into the fullest version of ourselves. By uncovering our true potential, we not only transform ourselves but also inspire others to do the same. Let this journey be about discovery—of the unseen power, creativity, and resilience we all possess. It’s time to unlock what lies beneath the surface and make our mark on the world.

    Certified Professional Coach + Speaker

Born in the Bronx, NY, Mary Beth learned early that if you want to be heard you need to talk fast and loud, and you get bonus points if you make people laugh. Sarcasm became an art form, and if the joke was at someone else’s expense, so be it. When she moved to Montana as a teen, she found herself in a community where she was welcomed with a warmth she had not experienced before. She saw a new way to be and wanted more of that for herself. She enjoys leading from behind and she saw first-hand how the instinct to harshly judge self, others and situations created barriers to building relationships and achieving outcomes personally as well as professionally. Her goal, her passion, her work is bringing people closer together, lifting and hearing all voices. Finding more of what we have in common, rather than what pulls us apart. More understanding. More compassion. More generosity. For self, as well as for others.
