Born in Billings, MT in April of 1990, D'Vaughn Hayes came from humble beginnings. He and his brother were raised by their single mother and learned from a young age, the importance of work ethic. From early on D'Vaughn took an interest in sports like Football, Basketball, and Track & Field. D'Vaughn played these sports beyond high school and believes that competing in athletics played a big role in the development of his mental toughness and competitive spirit. But more importantly, it taught him the importance of teamwork and how to unite a group of people around a common goal. Fast forward to present time, D'Vaughn has transformed himself, with the help of a few great mentors, into an experienced Leader of People with a proven history of results in the Sales and Marketing Industries. During his time as Regional Director of Operations/CEO for DLH Marketing Group Inc. D'Vaughn became exceptionally skilled in Employee & Organizational Development, Sales & Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Professional Relationship Building, and Public Speaking. Being chosen for awards such as: B Market Manager of the Year, Top 30 Manager in the US, Customer Experience Award, and #1 Office in the US many times. Collectively, D'Vaughn has successfully represented, managed and implemented (B2B or B2C) Sales/Marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies such as: AT&T, Samsung, Costco, Best Buy, HP, Ricoh and Staples. Just to name a few. Such campaigns have resulted in millions of dollars in sales for his clients and partners. From big corporate giants to the small mom and pop SMB's down the street, D'Vaughn is highly skilled in Sales/Marketing, Business Development, Team Building and Brand Awareness, or PR. D'Vaughn has a strong love for his community and the people within. He serves on the Leadership Team of Billings NextGEN as the Co-Chair of the Grow Committee and volunteers with non-profits such as United Way & the YMCA to name a few.
