• Andrei Korobeinik

  Former Member of the Estonian Parliament | Computer Programmer | Founder of Rate.ee

  Andrei Korobeinik is an Estonian tech entrepreneur, computer programmer, and former Member of Parliament. He is best known as the founder of Rate.ee, one of Estonia’s earliest and most influential social networking platforms, which became a cultural phenomenon in the early 2000s. Bridging technology and public service, Korobeinik brought a digital-first mindset to politics during his time in the Estonian Parliament, focusing on innovation policy, e-governance, and the digital economy. His unique perspective as both a developer and policymaker has positioned him as a forward-thinking voice on the role of technology in shaping modern societies. Korobeinik continues to work at the intersection of entrepreneurship and civic engagement, advocating for digital transformation, youth innovation, and open internet values.

• Lobna Jeribi

  Former Minister for Education and Minister in charge of Major Projects in the government of Elyes Fakhfakh

  Lobna Jeribi is a former Minister in the Tunisian government, where she held the portfolio for Major National Projects and previously served as Minister of Education under Prime Minister Elyes Fakhfakh. A prominent reformist and advocate for inclusive governance, she played a key role in driving strategic development initiatives during a pivotal period in Tunisia’s democratic transition. With a background in engineering and public policy, Jeribi is recognized for her leadership in modernizing public institutions, advancing digital governance, and promoting transparent, citizen-centered reforms. Her ministerial work focused on building resilient infrastructure, fostering educational innovation, and accelerating major development programs with long-term social and economic impact.

• Lukas Mandl

  Member of European Parliament

  Lukas Mandl is a Member of the European Parliament representing Austria, where he is known for his leadership on foreign affairs, security, and European values. He plays an active role in key parliamentary committees, including Foreign Affairs, Defence, Legal Affairs, and Civil Liberties, and chairs the Delegation for Relations with the Korean Peninsula. With a background in communication sciences and public administration, Mandl previously served in regional government and as deputy mayor before joining the European Parliament. He is a strong advocate for democratic resilience, international cooperation, and the European Union’s engagement with the Western Balkans. Driven by a commitment to freedom, rule of law, and human dignity, Lukas Mandl works to strengthen the EU’s global role while promoting unity and shared responsibility across member states.

• Mohit Jain

  Chief Operating Officer & Board Member, Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd. (The Times of India Group)

  Mohit Jain is the Executive Director and a Board member of the Times of India Group (BCCL), one of India’s oldest and largest media conglomerates. He leads the company’s operations and is a core member of its Executive Committee, guiding strategy and business performance across diverse media platforms. In 2021‑22, Mohit served as President of the Indian Newspaper Society (INS), a key industry body dedicated to press freedom, publisher collaboration, and the sustainability of India’s press sector. He also sits on the board of the Audit Bureau of Circulation (ABC), which certifies circulation figures for publishers, advertisers, and agencies, helping ensure transparency in media metrics.

• Patrice Faure

  Former Chief of Staff to President

  Patrice Faure is a seasoned French civil servant currently serving as the official representative of the Co-Prince of Andorra, Emmanuel Macron, a position he has held since November 2024. With a distinguished career in public administration, Faure has held key roles including Chief of Staff to President Macron and High Commissioner of the Republic in New Caledonia. Known for his expertise in governance, diplomacy, and crisis management, Faure combines strategic leadership with deep experience in territorial administration. His work reflects a commitment to public service, political stability, and international cooperation.

• Paulina Brandberg

  Former Equality Minister of Sweden

  Paulina Brandberg served as Sweden’s Minister for Gender Equality from 2022 to 2025 in the cabinet of Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson. During her tenure, she led national efforts to advance gender equity, combat gender-based violence, and promote inclusive social policies across sectors. With a legal background and a strong commitment to human rights, Brandberg brought a pragmatic and principled approach to policymaking. She worked across party lines to strengthen protections for vulnerable communities, enhance workplace equality, and support women’s participation in leadership and innovation. Before entering ministerial office, Brandberg was known for her work as a prosecutor and legal expert specializing in gender-based violence and discrimination.   Priyank Kharge serves as the Minister of Electronics, Information Technology & Biotechnology, and Rural Development & Panchayat Raj in the Government of Karnataka. He is also the elected Member of the Legislative Assembly for Chittapur. With a focus on driving digital innovation and inclusive rural growth, Kharge champions technology-driven development and sustainable governance. His leadership bridges cutting-edge biotech and IT advancements with grassroots empowerment, aiming to create resilient and connected communities across Karnataka. • Radha Adhar

  FM Special Assistant to US President

  Radha Adhar is a Federal Policy and Community Engagement Strategist at the Earth Fund, where she leads efforts to bridge environmental policy with community-centered action and equitable solutions. She brings a deep understanding of legislative strategy, federal governance, and coalition-building to the forefront of climate philanthropy. Prior to joining the Earth Fund, Radha served in the White House as Special Assistant to the President for Senate Affairs. In this role, she was instrumental in advancing key legislative priorities and navigating the complex landscape of U.S. Senate policymaking. With a career rooted in public service and a commitment to justice-driven climate action, Radha is focused on ensuring that bold environmental solutions are informed by — and accessible to — the communities most impacted by climate change. Her work stands at the intersection of policy, people, and planet.

• Richard Lukacs

  Cross-sectoral Analyst, Speaker & Author | UN Expert on risk & society

  Richard Lukacs is a cross-sectoral analyst and thought leader at the intersection of geopolitics, global risk, and societal resilience.   Member of Parliament and Former Minister of Transport and Communication, Finland

  Timo Harakka is a Finnish Member of Parliament and a prominent figure in national and European policymaking. He served as Finland’s Minister of Transport and Communications from 2019 to 2023, where he played a key role in advancing digital infrastructure, sustainable mobility, and the transition to carbon-neutral transport. With a background in journalism and a strong voice for innovation, Mr. Harakka has championed digital transformation, 5G development, and ethical AI governance across Europe.
