Joon Silverstein is senior vice president of global marketing and sustainability and head of Coachtopia at the luxury fashion brand Coach. Drawing on her background in cultural anthropology, she has led brand transformation and championed new initiatives to overhaul the company’s environmental impact, including the second-life program Coach (Re)Loved. In 2023, she founded Coachtopia, a sub-brand dedicated to pioneering circularity in fashion.
