Amy Cuddy is a social psychologist who studies power, trust and the forces that shape how we treat each other. She is the best-selling author of Presence and a forthcoming book about bullying. For two decades, she taught leadership, power and influence at Harvard and Northwestern, helping to develop an influential theory of social judgment in psychology. These days, her work focuses on adult bullying and mobbing: how reputations crumble and voices fade as decent people stand by — and what it takes to choose social bravery instead.
