Adriann Negreros is a project leader at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and a core member of its people and organization practice. He works extensively with CEOs, operations leaders, HR executives and frontline leaders to improve the day-to-day lives of employees and to make all jobs into meaningful careers. He co-leads IP development for the frontline topics at BCG, driving its research agenda and client offerings, and is the lead author of The State of Frontline Labor newsletter.
Negreros also works on the BCG North America leadership team for Pride@BCG and previously served as an ambassador at the BCG Henderson Institute (BHI). At the BHI, he worked on a science-based approach to how people respond to change in the workplace, to make change more palatable for employees and leadership. He holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Harvard University.
