Bio
I am a researcher at the Flemish Institute for Technological Research (VITO nv) within the team Waste Recycling Technologies. I develop new sustainable processes to valorize industrial (mineral) waste materials within a circular economy. I am passionate about innovation and aim to transmit this passion to master and Ph.D. students as well as postdoc researcher which I promote. Furthermore, TED(x) is the ideal format to channel innovation towards a larger public and I am happy to be part of this mission!
