Born and raised in Milan, I started translating at a very young age, almost by chance. Later on, I discovered I was fascinated by this job. I have been lucky enough to have the chance to confront many different texts in different linguistic areas, and this has enriched me both professionally and personally. Language, every language, is something alive (and kicking!) and always changing; it reflects the culture of the country it belongs to, its values and people. Being a translator is being a never-ending learner. It is a huge privilege to act as a small trait-d’union between communities, thus giving my tiny contribution to empower communication. I lived in Toulouse, France, for a full year, and would like to move to South France again, one day or another. I am a mom now living on the teens rollercoaster, so never bored :-)

My job, freestyle and inline skating, yoga, cliff diving, reading, poetry, good music, summer and the sea, travelling, cinema and TV series.

Make poetry part of everyday life at all ages to capture the beauty we are surrounded by, and to inspire people through words, big and small.
