Khmer Translation Volunteers Cambodia

KTV is a group of volunteers who collaborate to enhance education and general culture of Cambodian people through translation and subtitling of appropriate online video contents.

Our action consists in producing subtitles for videos of interest that are freely accessible on the internet, and enabling free access to a Khmer-subtitled version of these videos, in accordance with national and international laws.

Members commit in KTV activities in a volunteer manner, with the sole aim to support Cambodian education and culture, excluding any motivation related to profit, praise or other kinds of self-interest.

Pertaining to our objectives, KTV exclusively works to translate and promote videos that have significant educational or cultural interest. We refrain from promoting biased contents, fake or misleading contents, as well as any form of contents that may be biased, or offensive or harmful for young or sensitive people.
