Bio
I am an experienced market researcher with a solid experience in Qualitative to support brand strategy, innovation and activation. Despite being anchored on the Qual side of research, I have a deep knowledge on the Quant side as well: I believe consumer understanding has to be holistic and in fact my first steps were on the Quant fields.
I prefer to define myself as a CULTURAL FACILITATOR, since I believe brands are part of our culture as much as any other cultural manifestation.
My core learnings where working for Unilever LatinAmerica for regional and global projects, but I've also worked for other big clients (SC Johnson, Kelloggs, Coca-Cola, Mead Johnson, Sigma, to name just a few).
Although my experience is vast, my greatest experience revolve in the worlds on brand positionning, segmentation and architecture, concept and idea development, advertising, pack, and product testing, idea generation and trendwatching.
My wish is to bring to each project a combination of my knowledge and experience in these areas, to deliver the best consumer-routed distilled insights to my clients and their audiences. I have a special combination of intuition, expertise and method to ensure that delivery.
I am also passionate about ideas: I'm a TED'ster fan and a TEDxcurator: I'm currently organising a TEDxCiudadDeMéxico event.

The TED story
My first TEDActive last year was a totally transforming experience. At first I did not understand much about TEDx organizers. I was disappointed from the only one TEDx I had gone in the past, and simply assumed all were the same. Back from TEDActive, I started to get more and more involved with the TED Community. In fact, what attracts me the most about TED is seeing it not as a Conference, or a set of Conferences, but a Global Community working together with the same purpose: sharing Ideas, sharing experiences and in the end, spread ideas and have an impact on the world.This is what make me fall for TED: I found a space of possibilities and a group of people that are each of them, one in a kind. Some people are surprised that I became an organizer, since last year my mantra was: I do not want to be an organizer!!!
