Born in Moscow, Russia. Graduated from National Research University Higher School of Economics with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees (Economics Department) and Université Paris 1 - Panthéon – Sorbonne with DEA «Décisions publiques, institutions et organisations». Was the attendee of the Center of Corporate Entrepreneurship, made internship in Gottingen University, EP graduate from Singularity University. 2004-10 worked in RENOVA Group of Companies (and also in the Institute for Corporate Development of RENOVA Group which was in charge of forming and development of the corporate culture within the Group) - Russia's leading private business group - and was in charge of Renova Corporate Club, corporate social responsibility issues, relations with public institutions (Public Chamber of Russian Federation, Public Councils by government authorities etc.) and some other special projects. Involved in the process of creating Skolkovo Foundation - project of building Innovation City in Russia - since Spring 2010 and was responsible for creating Open University Skolkovo, which was launched in April 2011. 2011-17 was CEO at Open University Skolkovo. Chief Operating Officer, Head of Human Development and Assessment at State Corporation "Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank/VEB)" (2017-18). Active participant of TED conferences and organizer of TEDxSkolkovo and TEDxMoscow (2014-now) events. TEDx Ambassador to Russia. Singularity University Ambassador to Russia (2011 – 2015). One of the founders of 360° Science Film Festival. Skolkovo Foundation Expert. Member of the Coordination Council for Youth in Science and Education under the President's Council for Science and Education. One of the founders and CEO of Alexander Piatigorsky Foundation aimed to preserve the heritage of famous Russian Philosopher and promote philosophical activities. Hobby is cinema and travelling (80+ countries visited), especially to South America and Tibet.
