I was born in Cesena - Italy in the seventies, and have a Degree in Microelectronic Engineering and Integrated Circuit Design from the University of Bologna. In 2000, shortly after graduation, I joined a few fellows from the University to start a new company in Bologna, YACME – Yet Another Company Making Everything. This company has been active since May 2000, focusing on business consulting services on Linux and Open Source Software (OSS). I was involved in OSS migration processes, of which change management strategies were a big part. The company is still active and I left them in 2016 for a need of change. Now I am a partner of Quantum Leap IP, a Rome based company which focuses on Technology Transfer and Open Innovation. And I love it. I am addicted to music and love djing. I also love traveling and meeting people, especially when you can create true and deep connection. I also like playing squash, hockey, rollerblading and ice skating.

I first discovered TED talks in early 2011, later on I got in touch with TEDxBologna and joined the team to experience "the real thing"... and I stayed with them until 2017 on the production team. I also got the lucky chance to attend the TEDxSummit in Doha, Qatar in 2012. Wow. In April 2016 I held my own TEDx event, TEDxCesena -- and we're going for the 4th edition now
