Hello! I am German, from Berlin! I have studied for many years, English Literature that is. That is my first love. Other passions of my life are languages, food, travelling, running, and of course TED Talks. I have many years experience with working and studying in English, and have also studied other languages. I have lived in Germany, Norway, Belgium, Sweden and now Australia. I have studied at four universities in four countries.

Mh. When I first found out about TED talks (in video format), I liked it on Facebook and other channels. I loved the idea of TED talks. But, in fact, I barely ever watched any. I always got too distracted and found it difficult to concentrate. ... BUT THEN I got familiar with Podcasts! And that changed everything. Now, I listen to TED talks and the TED radio hour, whenever I go anywhere. When I go to uni, shopping, to a friend, even when I go running sometimes! I love listening to the stories, experiences, ideas. They make me laugh, they make me cry, they make me excited, they motivate me. They make me feel like I know a lot more people (than I actually do). They inspire me. Yes.
