Bio
My name is Carolina, I'm from Venezuela. I am an architect, amateur fashion designer and design enthusiast. I work as a freelance General Translator.
I wish to explore ways of expanding myself as a professional in both the architecture and design field as well as in translation. Volunteering as a translator for the OTP, besides getting to be a tiny part of TED seems a great way of introducing myself to unknown topics.

The TED story
Wanting to perfect my subtitling skills a friend of mine mentioned the Open Translation project. This seemed a great project to get to be a part of, since I could practice subtitling and find inspiration at the same time and that's how I joined TED.
