Job-seeker

I freshly graduated in English (literature & culture) and Russian (translation) and would go on studying for a lifetime if I could live off it. I'm at my best in writing and as a sounding board and at my worst in the spotlight. Give me a thing and I will make it better, give me a problem and I will find a way to solve it, but put me in charge or make me do it NOW and I will freak out. For now, at least. I worked in several translator positions as a student and found that translation and copy-editing perfectly fit my disposition and therefore bring me great satisfaction. I also excel at writing, especially when a subject is forced on me as I am personally too easily overwhelmed with the complexities of existence to chose a topic myself, so I usually end up paralysed and go read somebody else's writing instead. Ultimate dreams include travelling the world in a tiny house and writing a novel when I find the focus to pick a thing and the courage to start something stemming from me alone.
