I'm passionate about
Languages are one of my main interests (alongside hobbies like drawing, fitness, reading, videogaming and listening to music and podcasts). I've been studying English and Spanish since I was in middle school and I've recently taken a master's degree in Translation and cultural mediation. I truly believe that learning new languages can open our minds and make us discover how different societies work around the world. I see languages and translation as bridges that deeply connect us, defying and defeating all odds. In the future I'd like to work as a translator, especially in the medical and literary fields, or as a spanish-english teacher.

The TED story
My first experience regarding TED was during my high-school years. One of my professors used TED talks as a meaning to promote debates between us students over literature, climate change, life-style choices and many more topics. I continued to use TED talks during university to expand my knowledge mostly in the linguistic field and now I want to contribute by translating and transcribing. The goal is to improve content accessibility through subtitling.
