Born and raised in Chania, a city of Crete. Studying in Heraklion.

After I had finished high school, my dream came true. I passed my examinations and now I'm a student at the Physics Department of the University of Crete. Apart from my studies, I like acting. I took part in two theatrical plays and one film. Last but not least, I'm passionate about travelling, meeting young people from all over the world and learning new things from them, their history and their mentality.

From a young age, my English teacher suggested I start watching TED talks in order to improve my listening and speaking skills. After the first video, the second, the third and ... -now I've lost the count- it was inevitable not to stop watching them. I was excited with the ideas which gave me the chance to question myself, my beliefs and, not only once, to change point of view on a subject. Then, the first real TEDx experience happened. I volunteered to the first TEDxChania and the next year to the second. I felt that I did something really important and I realized that I want to organize an event for my University, as so many other Universities in Greece had already done.
